Kelly A. Ramsaur
Kelly A. Ramsaur concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related litigation. She represents debtors and creditors in all facets of bankruptcy cases, primarily focusing on protecting the rights of creditors and trustees.
Kelly studied psychology and women’s studies at the University of Arizona and earned her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2003.
After law school, she clerked for the Honorable James M. Marlar, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Arizona and the Honorable Wayne Johnson, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, as well as serving as the rotating law clerk to the Honorable Meredith A. Jury, Deborah J. Saltzman, Mark D. Houle and Catherine E. Bauer, United States Bankruptcy Judges for the Central District of California.
In addition to her bankruptcy court clerkship, Kelly also served as law clerk to Judge Marlar in his capacity as a justice on the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
